KOA LTCC uses Silver based paste(Ag) with low conductor resistance as multilayer conductor patterns in ceramics substrate by co-firing process. This makes it possible to achieve low loss electrical performance multilayer substrates.
The substrate is outstanding in heat and humidity resistance, good airtightness and no outgassing from the ceramics.
KOA LTCC have track record in space development such as satellite and rocket that are placed premium on environmental resistance and high reliability.
Screening, lot assurance inspection and periodic test will be applied on request.
