Job Description:

• Work with Customers to Solve Quality Issues
• Design Product Specifications
• Develop Technical Product Literature
• Create Technical Training Material
• Participate in Trade Show Activities
• Help Solve Customer Application Questions
• Participate in Customer Visits
• General Engineering tasks as assigned.
• 20 to 30% of the Time is Spent Traveling

Position Requirements:

• BS Degree in an Engineering Discipline (Electrical Engineering Preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as public speaking and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Power Point)
• Some travel required (including international)
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Coordination and completion of all Internal calibration and maintenance of internal test equipment
• Work with the all departments to resolve internal corrective actions
• Conduct product analysis to aid in the determination of any customer quality claims
• Work with our factories to collect technical data and compliance information

Position requirements:

• Associates Degree in an Technical Discipline (Electronic Preferred)
• Working knowledge with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications a plus
• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel)
• Some travel required (including international)
• Experience with electronic laboratory equipment
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License
